Fall is here and the smell of chili is in the air!

Who has the best recipe for chili?
I like mine with shredded chicken as the meat, sour cream and  chopped cilantro garnish.  Yum!
I like to cook the meat separately.  I put the meat in the bottom of each bowl before serving then put the chili on top, then garnish.
Sometimes the meat gets overcooked and often looses its flavor through the cooking process
Add a grilled cheese sandwich and you got a little bit of wonderful on the table.
