What you see here is a beautifully presented bowl of curried butternut squash soup at Bottega cafe.

It was a wonderful mixture of curry, cream, and caramelized butternut squash.  The texture was wonderful. Delicious!
The added olive oil and chives to garnish added just the right tang to complete the dish.
Any good recipes out there?

Question of the day:

Has anyone out there had a butternut squash soup that has not been pureed?  
I have seen it as a candied garnish to a gazpacho once.
