So, I have become a great fan of the roast beef , blue cheese, and balsamic wrap at Tria Market in Homewood.

I really like their deli.  The freshest meats, the finest brads, and a cheese counter to die for.  Its in the heart of the SOHO district which is close to home.  Try this place out!

I just love the combination of flavors and the way they heat the roll. The tortilla has a crisp, warm outside.
The ingredients are as follows:
Roast beef sliced thin
Blue cheese crumbles
Mixed greens with balsamic vinegar dressing
Crunchy mini-fries(adding a crunch to every bite)
All wrapped in a flour tortilla, heated, and  sliced in half.
Served with a side of wheat pasta salad.
Yum!
I’m sure that this is not Southern, but “man food” ,it is!!

Question of the day:

Where is the first place you remember having a “wrap”?
